The continuing programme

A living bank of learning. One pathway that feels personal.

Nexus has mapped 200 module topics across eight development areas. Five introductory lessons are available in the Academy pilot; the rest is a curriculum roadmap being authored and reviewed.

10 minper focused module
2–3 hrsweekly practice rhythm
Monthlywhole-team peer review
12–18 mofirst development cycle
CPD pathway: professional accreditation will be introduced discipline by discipline as provider approval and learning evidence are formally established. The framework already captures reflection, peer review and applied learning needed to support that route.

The curriculum roadmap

Depth without overwhelm.

These are planned learning topics, not a catalogue of finished courses. Each pathway will be authored, checked and adapted to role and practice context before release.
